The Dell is old and the support for Chromebook was past. Reprogramming it to LinuxOS with updates now was the best thing and will have it for many more years to come. Very light weight 10hr battery. Awesome for reporting the news and office work as well and a full entertainment center. Thx very good product.

I contacted the seller and they were in contact with me the next day and addressed the problem by shipping a different charger the very same day.
