I received the part only 3 business days after ordering. Free shipping. The part worked and I'm currently typing this review on my rejuvenated M9! Getting to the battery on this phone is a real bit¢h. Following the instructional video by jerryrigeverything was easy though and just took some patients and time. I recommend getting a set of tools because the ones that came with this didn't work for the M9. Luckily I purchased a separate set at the we time. You need to have a lot of experience to install this battery. Just opening the case is very challenging, The HTC One M9 was never meant to have a battery change. I looked up a DIY video and followed that carefully but could not get it to charge. There is no way to diagnose the problem. The included tools are pretty useless and you will need addtional tools like fine point twissors and a T5 Torx driver. So all in all, I can't reccomend the battery purchace. Yet the battery itself may be perfectly fine.You need to have a lot of experience to install this battery. Fix your HTC One M9 Battery Issue
Good battery to replace the weak factory battery that by now won't hold a charge. Be aware this requires disassembly of the phone. See the YouTube videos on it to decide if you want to attempt it. The supplied T5 screw driver didn't fit properly, but the tools are free. I bought a set of these screwdrivers I didn't have before in my tool collection. Otherwise, for me it was a good last option to get some more use out of this phone which otherwise has been good.Good battery to replace the weak factory battery that by now won't hold a charge. It's a good deal, but...
This is a good buy, but it does come with some cheap plastic prying tools that break easily. Also the torx bit tool included is the wrong size. I used a flat blade that fit just right inside the screws and made it work. The battery is decent, but some of the tools are useless. I got it done and am happy with battery, but your on your own with the tools provided.

Got this is a replacement for my wife's HTC M9
Had to have a professional install it it was a federal case but once in works like a charm gave New Life to a phone that had terrible battery life to begin with this replacement battery has better battery life and retention better then original I would buy again
