I was sold an item that was advertised as NEW, but was very clearly used. There were scratches on the front of the camera, the screen was broken in multiple places with some dead pixels. They attempted to claim it was "damaged in transport," but it was very obvious this item was NOT NEW. There was garbage from the previous owner in the box when it arrived. Prints very well and at a nice price.
It's just what you need in a pinch because it prints regular documents and does a nice job if you want to print a photo every now and then. No USB ports but, it does have a document feeder.

Dropped by UPS driver!
UPS driver dropped the box containing printer on concrete outside my open front door and I was seated just inside, heard the horrible crash, and from the careless action and sound, know that there is something wrong with the printer. I am a disabled senior, so, by the time I was able to stand with my cane and make it to the door, I saw the UPS driver hustling out to his brown van, and he did not respond to my call. I have not opened the box and have been trying to get a return authorization from Ebay, but they have not responded to my request. I NEED a printer since my old HP died on me after 6 years of faultless operation, but can't seem to get any help!!
