Phonak makes 5 different sizes of retention tails. They are very specific to the size of receiver you use. You can find out your size by looking at the red and blue part of you receiver where the rubber dome attaches-It's printed on there. Any questions please message before you place the order. Buyer bought wrong size. We would have been happy to swap these out for the buyer but he did not contact us at all. Blessings
