    The book received had some water damage and was not in as good condition as stated in the listing. I contacted the seller who responded within minutes of being notified of the issue. We immediately reached an agreement on a price reduction based on the damage since I still wanted a copy of the book. I will do business with this seller again. It is not the problem with condition that mattered since the book was still acceptable, but the prompt, fair and quick resolution of the problem!
