This listing is for a repair service and is clearly marked so throughout the listing and in the listing picture. We don't sell anything new. How this customer got things mixed up is beyond me. We do not offer refunds "after" we receive the board since we have to pay return shipping and have likely begun work on it already unless it cannot be repaired. A refund was offered to this customer, but he chose to open a case with his financial institution instead. Ultimately, they received their refund.

This transaction was not good as seller developed attitude problem with me. Did not even give me status that item was coming back not working after his work. I had to message and check. So I paid for a repair that did NOT work, however this review is about his communication which antagonistic. Returned packed loosely in the box as if he didn't care, The PS5 was just dirty when anyone who opens up a console or laptop to repair would care enough to blow it out let alone do an HDMI jack.

Ok, so this buyer has done business with us numerous times in the past and has always been difficult to deal with. To the point where I had considered refusing his business. This repair had a 50/50 shot of working so he was presented with the option of gambling with the repair or not. he was also notified that there would be a fee either way to cover our time. It didn't work out the way he would have liked, and he became irate despite being told that it may not work. He could not be pleased.
