    Realistic Look and Dependable Operation

    Industrial Rail by United Model Distributors was perhaps a relatively little known brand that did not make a great impact on the O gauge model railroading community. Regardless of its lack of name recognition, its products were very well made and exhibited a thoroughly acceptable degree of quality, a quality far higher than that popularly associated with so-called O-27 models. This 2-bay hopper with its diecast metal wheel trucks and couplers is a prime example of Industrial Rail quality. The car simply LOOKS like a hard-working real-world coal-carrying hopper. As with most modern models, the simulated coal load can be removed if an "empty" hopper is wanted. The car's metal wheels roll freely, and its couplers work flawlessly. It's level of detail is superior to "traditional" O-27 ...
