When you order something from Japan living in North America, you expect it to take like a month to arrive. Moco (the seller) got it to me in a week and a half. They thanked me for the purchase when I made it, notified me when it was shipped and notified me when they got a confirmation of delivery. The product came as advertised with not even a hint of damage. It even came with it's own little 'thank you' note! That's service I don't even find buying stuff in my home country. Highly recommend!
