It was the worst communication and seller ever. The seller asked for 60 euros extra for shipping differences and to ship using UPS.
I paid the requested amount immediately. However, he didn't send the tracking number or reply to the messages or emails.
The order appears to have shipped using standard shipping without any details. Even if it is shipped using standard shipping, it shouldn't take two weeks to arrive. I will submit a claim on eBay and PayPal.
