Received a model with a lesser processor than advertised. Laptop delivered to me had an i5 processor instead of an i7. They will try to silently downgrade you and then if youre tech savvy enough to realize they will inconvenience you with a return.

I can certainly understand your confusion, but please know the macbook you received has a quad-core processor with speeds of up to 3.8ghz
vs the macbook you ordered only has a dual-core processor with speeds of only 3.6ghz
All around it is a much more powerful macbook than the one you purchased, and runs on a 2-year newer operating system so it will be compatible for longer.
We never downgrade someone to something less powerful, that would be wrong. This is actually a gigantic upgrade
