6 days after I ordered this the product had still not shipped. I contacted the seller with no reply. I got a generic email later that day saying that my order had been canceled.

I apologized. The sale week, I had a 15 year employee suffer a stroke at work and I travelled with family to Disney. I did not ship the item. I offered free item/shipping to rectify this without a buyer response. The sale was cancelled with a full refund. eBay’s feedback math is wrong: 212 +/1 - = 99.995% +, not 92.9. I assume the community will agree this a bad egg trying to hurt a seller vs helping buyers.
