    Not white sheets they are old-yellow-white, not black they are gray. My order had marks all over like used & the edges were cut uneven & jagged, with black marker marks on them. NOT NEW! I messaged the seller to try & resolve my issues, what I got looked NOTHING like their photos in the listing. Seller was hard to work with, argumentative. Seller offered partial refund & I agreed, then she changed her mind telling me to just return them. With no free returns, cost is too much for me to send back

    1st complain since 5 years , it is full of absurd nonsense , I tried to explain ,that Eva, come in larger pieces , I cut them in half & their no way it can be used , anyone knows about Embroidery knows that it can be used once and it has to be cut in small pieces to be used on hats, Apron,etc she wants them for photography to be used under Jewelry $ junk she is selling probably, she buy used stuff from garage sales ,she thinks these are used ,I sent pictures of boxes ,colors , she non logical

    This seller could have resolved issues easily with a little bit of politeness and genuine concern, but instead exhibited horrible customer service with a nasty attitude and a refusal to take any accountability at all whatsoever. Seller's response is to further insult me in her response (I am another seller on this platform), which should be a huge red flag and warning to anyone doing business with this seller - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
