    Although primarily a Bread Knife it can be used for various cutting needs I personally used it for Thanksgiving Turkey carving with great results The Quality and Good Looks can`t be beat, every house should have one.

    Great Knife And Quality!

    I was using a cake cutter for many years that sliced cakes not always pleased with the cake slices, the knife will slice the pieces of cakes too thickly or the slices would break too thin with the knife.! This knife I purchased is GREAT!. Since the knife is for slicing bread I knew this knife is better for slicing cake slices. I was correct!. Much more slices of cakes with this knife and high quality.! Glad I purchased this item!
