Arrived on time, simple to assemble, loaded in the rear door of an Odyssey van no adjustments to lowering the scooter, once in the van make tire the brakes are on. I drive down the road, the scooter remains in place with only the brakes on. To unload release the brakes and pull down the scooter, I only use two pieces of wood to drive scooter down and up. Inside the store the scooter performed great, wife filled up the basket and drove all over the store with no issues.

The only problem was with the instructions on how to operate the scooter.
They should yellow out (HIGH LIGHT) the part of the instructions, that the BRAKE NEEDS TO BE ON TO START THE SCOOTER.
