    The newspapers july- sept 1907 were cut for microfilming from a bound volume. they have been wrapped since 1982 and I did not know if I rebind them again. I took a chance for such an bargain price. I got them well packaged and have rebound them I decided to again get another set of 4 months from 1938 and see if i can also fix them when unwrapped. Since all worked well (unseen) i an totally satisfied with seller. He sends the package out in 24 hrs too
