    Good memory for AMD motherboards

    I got this memory to use in my 4 memory slot ASUS AMD motherboard. After trying and failing to get the system to work with a 4 gig DDR3 memory stick I was able to get locally, and two 2 gig memory sticks I sent away for, I did some research at the ASUS website, and found that the system would work with this 1Rx8 memory. I got a great price on the memory from an Ebay retailer.

    I recently bought a used computer that only had one 2 gb stick of ram. I searched on Ebay for one of the same model and came up with this. My computer now has 4 gbs of ram running dual channel. Memtest86 found no errors on it so the used item is just as good as new to me.

    Perfect match

    I needed a match for the other Kingston memory modules in a Dell PC that had only 6GB. Installing a matching module but not a Kingston, resulted in blue screens even though the memory module itself tested fine. Replacing it with the Kingston solved the issue.
