No drivers needed (except graphics) so it was up and running in less than 2 hours (with windows 10 pro). A few scratches but that’s just a thing with recycled PCs. No complaints except another HDD was difficult to install, but that’s to be expected from a small PC. Overall very good!

I contacted the seller, and sent some pictures of it to them. They worked with me to make it alright by a refund amount which we settled on. The customer service from these folks is amazingly good, and they made sure I got a refund from eBay. Damage aside, it's still 95% useable - and that's good enough for me.
