Very good pricing and pens / packs were just as described. The only potential negative is that they are on heavy paperboard backing and were shipped in a plastic envelope so that the 'cards' were bent. They wouldn't look nice to include in a gift basket or stocking but are great for what I need. I did have one question and seller responded very quickly! Very prompt shipping. I would purchase from this seller again!

Good transaction, but they only sent 7 of the 12 bottles. Once I told them of the shortage, they immediately refunded me for the missing 5 bottles. However, the person who packaged the shipment should have known the order wasn't full filled, notified supervisor and company should have let me know of the shortage.

I really liked that brand until it got discontinued by the manufacturer for stupid reasons. Seller needs to update their advertising pictures, as I had to send them back.
