This is not rohto “ice” as pictured. This is regular rohto that can be purchased at Walmart for $8. The original rohto ice is hard to find and usually you have to order off the Internet for what this item had cost me about 12 bucks to 15 bucks but I was surprised when I received my package and it’s just a regular one from Walmart. This item is not as pictured or described.

Very good pricing and pens / packs were just as described. The only potential negative is that they are on heavy paperboard backing and were shipped in a plastic envelope so that the 'cards' were bent. They wouldn't look nice to include in a gift basket or stocking but are great for what I need. I did have one question and seller responded very quickly! Very prompt shipping. I would purchase from this seller again!

Good transaction, but they only sent 7 of the 12 bottles. Once I told them of the shortage, they immediately refunded me for the missing 5 bottles. However, the person who packaged the shipment should have known the order wasn't full filled, notified supervisor and company should have let me know of the shortage.
