Device arrived clearly used and not refurbished. Battery was defective and massive scratch and small dent on the back of the screen. Was given a new full year of Dell Warranty when mentioned and told to warranty the device through Dell. Dell did fix the machine after 2 weeks. Deal was good initially, probably wouldn't have bought it knowing what I know now.
