The item was a new genuine GM part and exactly as described and what I expected to receive. It was well packaged, sent out the following day after ordering and USPS did their part and got it to me 2 days later. I bought this antenna base to transition a 2014 Cruze OnStar system from generation 9 to 10. Initially used a diplexer, which worked fine, but caused the OnStar to give a red light on the mirror. I decided to go ahead and replace the antenna base and this seller was by far cheapest.
