    this part arrived out of Emirates. It is of OEM quality and came from a parts warehouse for Toyota vehicles. When it arrived, it was clean, and brand new.     Don't expect a refurbished part

    EGR was just as clogged as the one on the car. Luckily I knew how to unclog the thing with brake cleaner soaks and pressure washing the metal scrubber inside the EGR. If you are looking for a clean, "like new" refurbished part, this ain't it.
