I used to sell Bio-Kleen products. Bac-Out was the best. Now I'm going to test it out on something I never did before: dog odor on a couch that came with a house I just purchased. This vendor currently has the lowest price on the internet for Bac-Out. (I thoughtfully recommend burping all containers periodically while they are on the shelf and prior to shipping.) Shipping costs is something vendors cannot control so no worries. I recommend doing business with this vendor!!!

BEWARE! I purchased an item from the seller listed as brand new/unopened. When it arrived, the item had been opened and the bottle of contents was empty. I was refunded the payment and promised to be sent a new unopened item. I received the second item and it was yet again opened and the bottle was empty. Despite being refunded this seller is a joke.

This irks me. Not only did I apologize and issue a full refund, I sent another unit from the same lot in the hopes that it was unopened and a full unit. It wasn't. But I still tried. I had one final unit and was getting ready to send it out and buyer told me not too. Seemed to appreciate the effort, but then gets on and leaves this vitriol. Why would I intentionally sell faulty merchandise? The joke was definitely on me by trying to go above and beyond for someone who didn't appreciate it!
