Had to send photos of unit not working and damaged items. Spent days diagnosing problems myself. They would not send repair parts. I had to source the parts myself and then they refunded the money to me. Very disappointed with their customer service. T900 tire changer does not work as well as described!! Not a happy camper.

However, after looking through everything, I put it together anyway and everything was straight and in the correct position. I was only missing 2 concrete anchors. I then asked the seller for a partial refund of $20, and they sent me the $90 anyway! Great seller!
