Solid from that stand point 100% Did not have directions although its not difficult to figure out, I'm not the sharpest tool but did have 3 pieces of hardware left over, hope it was just extra. I have not tried putting my hard top on yet but looks like it should be good. Pieces is Solid and (2) Casters lock so hoping all should line up correct.
