    Works as expected

    Delivery on time, and CPU is performing as expected

    I'm using the I5-3550 as an upgrade to an I3 processor. Installation was as expected (I've upgraded processors previously, so I know how to replace a processor). Delivery was on the date promised. The CPU installation has been running every day since installation (12 days) and is performing as expected. So, I'm very happy with the purchase.

    Works good!

    The CPU works great for gaming. I have a GTX 660 which only cost Me $45 used. Together they can play most games on medium to high settings at 60-70 fps. Remember that if use a weaker CPU cooler, get a new one! When I first got this, it would be at 100° when gaming. I ordered a new cryostore c7 which does the job great keeping the temps at around 40° even under stress. I originally upgraded from my Intel g645 because of poor performance in rainbow six siege. This new CPU performs great on the game and has not had any lag any game. I definitely recommend this for anyone upgrading or building a computer.

    Spruced up an old i3 powered PC with the i5 for nominal cost.

    I built am i3 powered PC 12 years ago for my kid, she is 24 now and has a newer laptop. I dropped this same vintage "Ivy Bridge" i5 into the PC for nominal cost and it performs much better. Using it as an HTPC and music server.
