I do hate that the knee-jerk reaction is always "it was delivered" by sellers without reading the emali that are sent to them, but I guess it is understandable that they rely on what USPS sends. Product is exactly what was expected.

But the item was listed as new (A brand-new, unused, unopened, undamaged item in its original packaging (where packaging is applicable). Packaging should be the same as what is found in a retail store, unless the item is handmade or was packaged by the manufacturer in non-retail packaging, such as an unprinted box or plastic bag.) They ARE Brand New. packaging can be rough handled but this guy got 50 batteries with shipping and Ebay fees included for $11.95.
