    Unsatisfactory - need to return

    It was a piece of junk....I need to find out how to return it....I'm sure it will be bad because they charged more freight than the cost of the printer. 1) It was dirty 2) The back right side of the case would not close correctly 3) The bottom drawer would not open or close...finally got it out but could not use it It had some random parts loose inside the drawer (A big spring and a plastic part) 4) The top feed tray would not latch close, and we found out why, the white plastic part that holds it closed was completely broken off. It clearly had never been even checked over. I have never been more disappointed ordering anything online because even trying to repair or replace parts with my existing printer, we could not make it functionable for our use.
