Product was damaged in shipment and hopefully it gets replaced because it was special gift for a friend. I don’t expect it ever to be resolve by seller because I was told by seller to refer to file the claim with eBay so I guess that’s the way it is. If it was me I would replace it for customer and ship out the next day but I didn’t get a response back.
