    I experienced such a hassle of a transaction with this seller that could have very well been avoided if they didnt lack communication, were honest and consistent with their message responses to my inquiries, and didnt use false advertising on their item's listing. In the end, I returned my item and fortunately did get a full refund. I was then promised by the seller a free item to compensate for their mistakes. Sadly to say, it's been quite awhile now and I never received said item.

    I'm a bit confused. You requested a free item of underwear in a size that was clearly too large for you—so much so that you had no intention of keeping what you received.     Works as expected

    Easy to set up. Performs the core function well. However, the receiver is in our bedroom, and the unit give off quite a bit of light through the heat vents. Not a huge issue, but didn't anticipate the "night light" functionality.

    Package was short of items

    The package only included the receiver not the source, even the manual stated “1” source, and “1” receiver, how do you expect this to work without the “TX” to plug our source into, please advise
