    The units worked good. The only thing was that the external leak sensor was not included even though it had a picture of it. It had the extended sensor base but no cable sensor assembly. This worked out ok in my case since I just used the main unit itself and did not need the external one. The external sensor has a smaller footprint and can be used in an area that needs that functionality. Also it has several feet of cable if you need to put it in a restricted space.

      Peace of mind...It will let me know if my sump-pump fails !!

      Instructions were easy to follow. Install the Wasserstein app on your phone(s). Pair the unit, and add it to your home WiFi system. When tested a notification was sent to both phones, but, made no sound. A work-around on my Samsung phone was "Settings--Accessibility--Notification reminder to ON--next select the Wasserstein app." Note: any other apps selected here may drive you nuts when they keep repeating. The built-in beeper on the unit is not real loud at 70 dcbs. My original unit had a short in the probe wire, and had to be held 'just so'...talked to Chris at Wasserstein and they replaced the unit, promptly. Overall good experience--peace of mind knowing that if my sump-pump fails, I know before too much damage occurs.
