    Very good book - for the year it was published.

    I recently found an album with over 100 early Louis Prang prints. I bought this book in order to learn more about Prang, but because of the publishing date, I was;t expecting a whole lot. I was pleasantly surprised to discover the book covered a lot more ground than I expected. Photos are decent and decent in number for when the book was published, but are not up to par with today. That should be expected. It would be wonderful to see an updated book on this subject - or better yet, a series, broken down by greeting cards, cabinet cards, larger frameables and art supplies, for example, plus a complete listing of all his work, if such a thing exists. I was able to fill in some important facts about my cards, as well as learn more about Prang, but there are still gaps in areas like ...
