    Plenty of information in this book

    this book is dedicated to the A-R and gives detailed information about the operation of and the variations of them. Different calibers and load information, as well as different styles of the A-R. such as gas port placements to buffer types and how that affects the operations of the A-R. It may not have every caliber or load but there is plenty to look about.

    Lyman reloading manual.

    Many of those who reload have at least a couple manuals. I think Sierra and Lyman are the best, in that they update their list of cartridges on a fairly regular basis. They also offer (importantly) instructions that would be of safety and quality benefit to those new to cartridge reloading.
