Seller used inappropriate packaging when shipping the first time. Seller send out replacements but used the EXACT same packaging. Guess what, the replacements arrived broken too. Absolute time waster who couldn’t be bothered to use a packet and some bubble wrap. Item refunded without giving me an opportunity to negotiate for better S&H. This seller gets a big fat F.

This was my mistake, I shipped with the wrong method. I tried to fix my mistake but sometimes it doesn't work out.

The seller didn't try to fix anything. I just cannot believe for the life of me that using any bubble wrap whatsoever was off the cards when sending out the replacement, and would try doing the exact same thing twice. Heck, I'd be willing to repurchase the item with higher S&H for it to be boxed and bubbled wrapped because this is a valuable and hard to get part. So no, the seller did not try and address this in a reasonable way.

    Amazing air purifier

    I have used this brand of air purifier for years and love this machine! Does an excellent job removing impurities from the air, no filters to change, easy to clean and is very quiet. I own three of these Ionic Pro Envion Turbo Air Purifier, with 2 cats and environmental allergies it definitely helps tremendously!!

    Clean Ionizer

    Very clean ionizer. I was impressed. Quiet, works fine. Price was a little high due to a couple of problems. Hard to get the blades out. Brush that cleans the wire is broken. If it was broken in packing part was not in box. I have to turn the machine upside down to get the broken stick to come out to clean it. Machine won’t work unless cleaner stick is all the way down in the machine. But very clean!!!

    Ugh I don't know

    It is going and has been since I received it. It makes no noise but I also don't notice a difference in the air quality. I'm just not sure. My sister has one and it helps her smokers house. We have pets. It has been going a week and a half to two weeks and I haven't had to clean it yet. Not sure if that's good or bad.

    Best Air Purifier on the Market

    The best air cleaner purifier on the market. I have seven of these machines and they are easy to clean. The metal particle collector plates are rounded so there are no sharp edges, so it is safe to clean and dry. That is the 'filter' so you don't have to buy replacement filters. The air is moved using electro static air movement, so there are no fans and thus it is very quiet and super energy efficient, two qualities I highly prize. But make no mistake, the Ionic Pro Turbo moves air. During pollen season I come in wheezing, coughing, with a bad sinus headache and I sit down on my couch with one Turbo on the right and another on the left and I watch a movie, and after the movie I feel so much better. These machines help me survive and live a better life. I want to get three more of ...

    A wonderful, quiet, effective air purifier.

    These Ionic Pro's are wonderful air filters. It's completely quiet, pulls smoke, dust, pollen and other pollutants out of the air. It's easy to clean and maintain without purchasing new filters. Just wipe the blades clean, let dry and reinsert. I owned 3 over a decade ago and never had any issues. This is the 5th one I've purchased and believe me; if you smoke, have allergies or suffer from breathing problems, this is the machine for you.
