The seller sent me the wrong item and when I informed them they asked me to re-confirm my address in order to send the correct item. I did so, but after nearly two weeks they have made no effort to correct their mistake nor contact me with reasons or explanations.
I appreciate that mistakes can sometimes happen and I don't mind as long as sellers make the effort to resolve them or at least communicate any problems. This has been my worst buying experience on ebay.
