When received it was clearly not new by the evidence of the markings of where screws were unscrewed and scored the metal in a circular scratching... Packaging for shipping was not good and item was damaged when received as well... Seller not responding to multiple messages sent... Returns would require me to pay shipping which is not fair as part was damaged when received and clearly a used part...
