This purchase caused me a lot of wasted time and frustration trying to get it compatible with Verizon network. The phone was in good shape and worked well but after 2 days of being on the phone and at the store with Verizon to get it to work I had to return it. I tried several SIM cards to no avail. It's better to just buy the phone from your carrier and save yourself a lot of time and frustration.

I charged it up and put my old SYM in it, and it came on with all the appropriate information. Now I need to figure out how to enter the WiFi password. How do you enter a zero when every time you push the zero it just skips a place like the space between words in a text message? I don't remember this problem the first time I set up my original phone. I guess I may have to go back to the "instruction Book"?
