Our brand new hot tub arrived today. Was packaged perfectly, and the delivery driver had the tub on a pallet using an electric pallet jack which allowed us to move the tub closer to the location where we want to install it. So, we are very happy with the whole purchase and delivery process. The hot tub has not been started up yet we are doing some moving things around, but I am sure all will be fine since this is definitely a brand new tub.

item came in a box appears to be new have not taken out or used it yet nit installed. was a fast delivery and shipment. really was no communication so not a fair item but no reasons to think he would not communicate. I was a little confused on order nothing with seller I bought another one like it but NG from Amazon looked at the numbers it was off. Ebay was not showing the right price. EBAY never deducted the coupon on the order total on the give feedback but appears processed right.
