Was packaged perfectly, and the delivery driver had the tub on a pallet using an electric pallet jack which allowed us to move the tub closer to the location where we want to install it. So, we are very happy with the whole purchase and delivery process. The hot tub has not been started up yet we are doing some moving things around, but I am sure all will be fine since this is definitely a brand new tub.
