Awful! Did not get anything near what I ordered. Papers came in the mail as such they didn’t have what I ordered, so apparently they gave me an upgrade. This was a lie. I ordered 16” silver 3.4. 1 TB MAC and got as follows in pics…I think I got scammed. It was a navy blue which I DO NOT LIKE, 2.4 15” laptop totally not ok with it. But, I have no other choice. Thanks anyways DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY/persons. Screen has ALOT OF BLEMISHES., it distracts from using it. The seal too.

I think there's a bit of confusion here, but rest assured we offer free returns because we want you to be fully satisfied. You purchased a 15" macbook pro that could run OS Big Sur... we upgraded you to a 1-year newer more powerful 15" model capable of running OS Monterey... the macbook is silver, but we included a protective black case for you. 2.4ghz is normal speed, and 3.4ghz is turbo boost speed which happens automatically. If you're not satisfied, we offer 60 day free returns.
