4 chairs came, 2 are fine, 2 initially “faulty”. Seller helped and explained what I need to do (which was not in the instructions, by chance it was ok for 2 chairs). Having done what I was instructed, chairs do not work. Seller replying daily but telling me to do same thing. No help and now seller is being useless in replies and not assisting and will not exchange the 2 faulty items.
Very disappointing from the seller.
