This product met my needs to get a decent battery capacity out of my old phone. I used this external battery to charge up my phone when the onboard battery reached 20%. It worked for my needs and would recommend it for similar usage. The only negative thing I would say is that the battery seemed to drain very fast when it got to the "one battery power" light. That is, the drain did not seem to be even.
