I installed these on my 1998 C1500 Silverado, 2WD Extended cab, worked perfectly, I am using the oem 15" wheels so at a full turn had to grind off the lower a-arm so it wouldn't contact the rim at full turn plus modify the steering stops a little, Obviously the rim will set closer to the lower a-arm, so be ready for that, nice stance. have a 4" drop on rear & still has a nice rake to it, was higher in front with only the rear drop.
