    Excellent quality and seems to work

    Tablets worked. Felt calmer and slept well since started taking them. Foil blisters for tablets are a bit big. Could be smaller to reduce packaging. A bit pricey but may reorder because tablets seem to help lift moods.

    SAMe does seem to decrease joint and muscular pain. I'm not so sure about its alleged mood-enhancing properties. High doses are required for both. So keeping a continuous supply of this expensive supplement is very costly.
