    Haptic feedback is a really nice feature, great for less than $100. Definitely not worth $200+.

    Headset looked brand new, some specks of dust here and there as it was an open box but came with the most important parts, all the cable wires needed. Build quality is sturdy, so no loose parts. No audio problems and microphone works good, though it catches a bit loopback sound from it's own speakers. I would've been disappointed if I would've paid $200 for these headsets but for less than $100, it is a fair deal. Sound quality is NOT the best, has a punchy bass, though inconsistent, depending on the source, sound quality can change and may sound a bit muddy, but the haptic feedback is a nice added feature which other headsets lack, makes gaming and watching movies more immersive and that is technically where this headset shines, but it is not for everybody. As for battery life, I've yet ...

    they work great WHEN they work. every few days they unpair on their own and you have to run the pair app and a dungle repair app and switch usb ports until it starts to work again can take up to an hour of doing this

    Not the best connection

    I love the razor hair ultimate for my PS4 because it comes with a usb donegal, so the connection and quality is solid. The version for Xbox is nice but the connection could be a lot better. The sound will sometimes break in and out and sound crackled. But Still a very good headset though.

    Pretty Good, minus the service crash

    Really like Razer Nari Ultimate so far, It's just really important to set the right profiles (there's a few resources online to help you out). The only downside for me is that sometimes THX seems to crash for no reason so I have restart the service. I have a small batch script that helps with that.
