First off, their store location is "Hong Kong" so it seems likely that they don't actually have the products in the US despite the item location saying they are in California. Second, this seems to be the case because of how long it takes for them to ship the item. They completely miss the shipping window they write about in their "about this item" section. Third, they post a tracking number many days before the item is handed off.
