Only used the trailer a handful of times and the gator split. Seller wants me to send it back so they can take a look which would then leave me unable to use the trailer. Simply not worth the hassle for a £15 part. Cheap and nasty will be purchasing one elsewhere.

I am sorry you felt the need to leave us negative feedback after I tried to resolve the issue with you. Our policy is anything deemed as faulty by the buyer should be returned for us to check it over and return it to our supplier. If you returned it and it deemed faulty we would have either issued a full refund inc your postage or sent another one. As sellers we can not be expected to just send another or refund without having it back first.123 sold & not one has been returned.
