    May 3 2025 I opened the boxes.the heavy pumps were rolling freely and damaged some parts of the controllers and accessories,everything was beat up.I’m not even sure if the pumps themselves are ok.there was no protection between the parts.can I get a UPS label to send them back. Also I need a new shipment of everything professionally packed. I never received any merchandise so badly packed. The shipment got here 8 days later and damaged. The person who packed this is careless.

    FedEx damaged the package and the MC4 connectors. We have offer some refund and resent the replacement parts for client.
