I ordered the orange tip xt60I and was sent the yellow xt60H. I notified them and about 5-7 days later received the replacement. This one was the same yellow, not orange model. I again sent them a message and was disgusted with their response of not believing me and requiring me to send them a picture of the 2 incorrect cables they sent. I did this and another week later finally received the correct model. This cost me almost 2 weeks loss in my build.
