Was asked by seller what size glove I wore on my hand and I said M-L. The seller then told me the 15" was too big for me and they would make me a 14" ball glove. The ad for the glove said it came 80%-90% broken in and I told Bullhide that it was important for me that it was almost broken in already. When I received the glove it was the 15" model shown in the original listing and it wasn't broken in at all. Bullhide told me I it was 14" and break-in was complementary. Totally inaccurate.
